Crouch Environmental Services, Inc. is a professional environmental consulting and public involvement firm that was founded in 1994. Crouch Environmental Services is woman-owned and registered with the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and the City of Houston as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and the Port of Houston Authority as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).We have a reputation throughout Texas and the Gulf Coast region for proficiently melding art with science.
